Shipping Policy – AMRÉ

Thank you for shopping with AMRÉ. Every order is handled with care and prepared to reflect the quality, craftsmanship, and purpose behind our brand.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

During product launches, limited releases, pre-orders, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will communicate updates through email and our social media channels.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–5 Business Days

  • Canada: 7–14 Business Days

  • International: 10–21 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping

AMRÉ proudly offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $120 or more.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available and update within the carrier's system.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Some AMRÉ products are offered on a pre-order basis. If your order contains a pre-order item, shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

Shipping Delays

AMRÉ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at securetrustsolutions@gmail.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

AMRÉ is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

AMRÉ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim if applicable.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT fees, or other charges imposed by their country's regulations.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product so we can review the situation and assist you.
